Qualite Sports Lighting (“Qualite” or the “Company”) was founded in 1985 and is headquartered in Hillsdale, Michigan. Qualite provides lighting systems for a diverse set of clients including high schools, colleges, parks and recreation departments, and minor and major league sports franchises. The Company partnered with Worth Investment Group (“Worth”) in 2011 and the two entities have worked together to drastically enhance Qualite’s capabilities.
Prior to its partnership with Worth, Qualite was operating in a facility that was outdated and did not allow Qualite to operate at its desired efficiency. In 2015, the Company upgraded and modernized its facility, allowing it to cut lead time from 6 weeks to 3 weeks. Pre 2011, the Company was managing its projects inefficiently. With the help of Worth, Qualite invested in several CRM programs that allowed for jobs to be streamlined and completed in a timelier manner. Other meaningful upgrades include the re-doing of an obsolete website to be more customer friendly, the introduction of an app that allows clients to control their lighting systems from anywhere, development of a new line on the production floor to increase manufacturing speed, branding its own control system, and upgrading its design software.
These meaningful changes have allowed Qualite to witness robust growth over a twelve-year period. Additionally in 2017, Qualite’s Q-LED GameChanger™ was awarded the Edison Award™ for its innovation in the outdoor adventure category. Customers have become more reliant on the Company and are more satisfied than ever. The partnership with Worth has allowed Qualite to grow and complete projects that did not seem possible before.
